  • Our rates include in-house décor, professional staff, full cleaning services, and exclusive full-day access from 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Both floors feature a private bridal suite and come equipped with:

    • Round tables

    • Serpentine tables ( Clear or Gold )

    • White folding chairs ( Outdoor use ) and Clear Victorian Ghost Chairs

    Rates:

    2nd Floor (put sqft here ): $8,000

    1st Floor + Outdoor Space: $11,000

    Entire Facility: $17,000

    Please Note:

    • If alcohol will be served, a licensed security company is required.

    • A 1-Day ABC License must be obtained by the client.

    • Cutlery and plating are not provided.

  • We’ve partnered with some of the best culinary talent in the area to provide you with delicious, pre-curated menus based on our most-requested dishes.

    • Choose Your Menu: Browse the pre-made menus from our partner chefs. You’re welcome to request custom items, but please note that special requests may incur an additional charge.

    • One Chef Per Event: Each chef operates their own business, so menus cannot be mixed and matched—please select one chef and stick with their menu.

    • Pricing: $45 per person.

    • Submit Your Form: Review the menu options below and complete the submission form.

    • Chef Confirmation: Once we receive your form, we’ll check the chef’s availability and connect you directly with them to finalize details.
